Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) Compliance: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you are having any issues. After 30 days, we may still offer a remedy, depending on the nature of the fault.

Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we may request that you hold onto the product for assessment.

Please note, we do not offer repairs, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, products that have been damaged, or for incorrect size. Please ensure the size is correct before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before purchasing!


Resizing: Resizing is available on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee. Please check sizing carefully before purchasing. If resizing is needed, I’ll work with you to ensure you get the right size.
